In my search for understanding what it means to be human from a historical, psychological, and spiritual perspective, I have been studying many other important teachings from many different sources. It would be excessive to list all of them also because I strongly believe that everyone is attracted to the path or teaching that best suits their own needs.<\/p>\n

Yet I would strongly recommend to everyone – simply from a cultural perspective – to search into various important traditions such as :<\/p>\n

Vedanta Tradition<\/h2>\n

Vedanta is a philosophical and spiritual tradition rooted in ancient India. It is considered one of the six orthodox schools of Hindu philosophy. At its core, Vedanta seeks to explore the nature of reality, the self, and the ultimate truth.<\/p>\n

Ancient Wisdom: Vedanta’s roots can be traced back to the Upanishads, a collection of ancient Indian texts that explore profound philosophical and metaphysical questions. It is often regarded as the culmination of Vedic thought.<\/p>\n

The essence of the Buddhist tradition revolves around the teachings and practices attributed to Siddhartha Gautama, known as the Buddha, who lived in ancient India over 2,500 years ago. Buddhism has diversified into various traditions and schools, including Theravada, Mahayana, Zen, Tibetan, and others, each with its own interpretations and practices.<\/p>\n

In essence, Buddhism offers a path to understanding the nature of suffering, transcending it through ethical living, meditation, and wisdom, and ultimately achieving liberation from the cycle of suffering and rebirth. It emphasizes personal responsibility and the potential for each individual to attain enlightenment and awaken to their true nature.<\/p>\n

There are many wonderful channels today that can be found on the Internet, and they deserve much attention. Yet, I would encourage you to get to know the wonderful material coming from Pleidian tradition, such as Barbara Marciniak, Barbara Hand Clow, Amorah Quan Yin, etc.<\/p>\n

Also, Earlyne Chaney has written a series of wonderful books that have given us incredible insights into ancient traditions, like the Egyptian or Greek ones, that have been so much misunderstood.<\/p>\n
