Keep Onevolving
Counseling & holistic practice

Life is a constantly expanding process.

A small collective of counselors and holistic practitioners, and a growing library of psychological & spiritual teachings — gathered in one quiet place for those ready to look inward.

What we mean by evolving.

By exploring the world's psychological and spiritual teachings, we embark on a transformative journey of enlightenment and personal advancement.

The study of mind gives us a way to understand the complexity of human behavior; spiritual teachings invite a deeper sense of meaning and inner peace. The fusion of the two is what we practice here — a comprehensive toolkit for a richer, more balanced life.

We work as a collective: each of us brings our own lineage and listening, and we share a single curated library of source material to draw from.

Three doorways

Where would you like to begin?

01

Speak with one of us

A 45-minute conversation, free, with whichever of us seems closest to where you are. No expectations on either side.

02

Walk a path

Paths of self-awareness through the traditions each of us draws from — in the voice of someone who has walked them, never encyclopedic.

03

Sit with the writings

Short essays and reflections from the practitioners, on the questions that come up in the work. Slow reading.

The collective

Two practitioners, two ways of listening.

The paths

Kept in our own voice.

Not subjects to study, but ways of looking inward. Each path grows from a primary source or from the practice of the person who offers it, and is read over before it is published. Every step invites you to try, not only to understand. The paths grow slowly.

◯ A standing offer

A free 45-minute conversation, with no expectation attached.

We all offer a first session at no cost. The point is for both of us to see if this is the right work, with the right person, at the right time. If it isn't, we'll say so — and often suggest someone else, inside or outside the collective.
