Who is responsible

Giulio Rugarli, who runs keeponevolving.com, is the data controller. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected].

Browsing data

When you visit the site, the service that hosts it (Cloudflare) receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It is used only to show you the pages and to protect the site from abuse. We do not use it to identify you and we keep no visit logs.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site securely (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

Emails you send us

If you write to [email protected], the message passes through Cloudflare's forwarding service and arrives in a Gmail (Google) mailbox. We use your address and what you write only to reply and, if you wish, to arrange a session.

Legal basis: answering your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b). We keep messages for as long as it takes to follow up on your request and any relationship that comes from it, then delete them.

Please don't send especially sensitive information by email, for example about your health.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling, statistics or third-party cookies, and shows no ads. That is why there is no consent banner.

It sets one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, and only when you pick a language with the IT/EN switch: it remembers your choice for 12 months. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Cloudflare may set technical security cookies needed to protect the site from automated traffic.

Fonts are hosted on our own domain: your visit does not contact Google or any other outside service.

Who receives the data

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosts the site and forwards email) and Google (mailbox), as providers of the services described above. Both are US companies: transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which both have joined.

We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else, we build no profiles, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it (GDPR arts. 15–22). Just write to [email protected].

If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
