Bio

I work with the body, its energy, and the images that live beneath words. My tools are Ayurvedic massage, the map of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the tarot. They come from different places, but in the room they ask the same question: what is this moment of your life asking you to notice?

People often come for the body — to rest, to let go, to be listened to without having to explain — and stay for the question underneath it. I keep both in view.

How I work

I listen with my hands as much as with my ears. A session is usually one practice at a time: a massage, or a reading. Sometimes they meet — a reading can show where to begin, and the body often answers what the cards have named.

I read the tarot as a mirror, not a prediction. The cards do not decide anything for you. They help you see what you already carry, so that you can choose how to meet it.

Ayurvedic Massage

A slow, full-body massage with warm oils, from the Indian tradition of Ayurveda. Its rhythm follows the person rather than a fixed routine. It is a practice of wellbeing and deep rest — a way of listening to the body that words rarely reach.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

A map of how vitality, qi, moves through the body along the meridians, and of the seasons and elements it passes through. I use it as a map for listening: to notice where energy flows and where it slows down. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace your doctor.

Tarot & Intuitive Reading

The tarot is a language of images. A reading does not tell you what will happen. It gives words to a passage you are already living, so that it can be seen — and, once seen, moved through.

Working with Giulio

I work alongside Giulio Rugarli, an evolutionary counselor in the collective. His work starts from words; mine starts from the body. Often the two meet. When a conversation with Giulio opens something that asks to be felt rather than explained, a massage can follow — in the same session or on another day. And when something surfaces during a massage that asks for words, I suggest a conversation with him.

There is no need to pick one of us first. Whoever you contact, we work out together where to begin.

Working together

If you'd like to work with me, the first session is 45 minutes and free. We use it to get to know each other and to choose, together, the right kind of session. Massage is in person, in Collecchio (Parma); readings are in person or online.
